Known for the World’s Best 7-Layer Caramel Cake, Caroline’s Cakes has selected their most popular cake flavors; Caramel, Southern Chocolate, Coconut, Lemon and similar flavors in the Happy Birthday Cake line as their first Gluten Free Cakes. Caroline’s Cakes introduction of Gluten Free Cakes is in response to their customer’s request. The Companies Signature Line of Cakes, which does contain wheat will continue to be baked in the Bakery, the new Gluten Free Cakes will be baked and assembled on days designated only for Gluten Free Cakes. The company adds this introduction to their ‘nut-free’ bakery selections in response to the requests from their customers with allergies and health related concerns in order that they will be able to enjoy the flavor of these time-honored cake recipes.
