The Race For The Rescues is a 5K walk/run in the L.A. Area. This race supports A Dog's Life Rescue, Animal Alliance, Best Friends Animal Society, Four Legged Friends Foundation, Molly’s Mutts & Meows, Stray Cat Alliance & The Rescue Train. Bring yourself, your friends, family, and your furry friends! Dogs on leashes will be allowed to participate. And stick around after for Awards, a Celebrity Auction, Rescue Fashion Show, activities for both kids and dogs, vendors and more!
Held near the South end of the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.
Race Day: Sunday, October 4th 8:30-10:30am.
Cost: $30.00 participation fee for Adults
Kids (12 and under) $18.00 1 Mile walk/run. Every child will receive a medal!
(Late fees apply after 9/20/09)
Pet Adoptions from the Pasadena and L.A. Animal services will also be held at the event. Last year ALL animals were adopted! If you live in the area, check it out and find a new friend!
